Delta Center California at the CPCA Annual Conference 2020

Since 2017, the Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net has engaged 12 states’ primary care & behavioral health associations to advance value-based payment & care in the ambulatory safety net. Rachel Tobey and Robin Haller will share major accomplishments of the Delta Center including strengthened national & state-level partnerships, joint capacity building, & policy actions in multiple states. They will also announce the Delta Center California initiative that will bring together state organizations representing PC & BH payers and providers and fund 6 local learning teams to advance integrated care & payment.
